Okay, this is so not what I needed to see the day before I leave for my trip to Oaxaca (which I'm blogging about at Encantada).
Of course, I didn't say I did "exactly" the same thing. In fact, I didn't say anything, I answered questions that were put to me. I was asked and acknowledged that I did touch students' arms to get their attention and leaned down to speak quietly to a table of loud talkers, but this article makes it sound like I should be investigated next.
Doncha love the "straight female librarian" part? How the hell do they know I'm straight? I don't remember that being one of their questions.
And the judge is wrong. Whispering in a student's ear is never appropriate.
